Do I need to install any software or extensions?
No. WhiteBlackScreen runs 100% inside any modern web browser. It works instantly across Mac, PC, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices without plugins.
Can WhiteBlackScreen fix physically cracked panels?
No. Physical glass cracks or hardware dead transistors (permanently broken subpixels) require panel replacement. Our Stuck Pixel Fixer is designed to stimulate stuck subpixel transistors via rapid RGB cycling.
Is it safe to use high-contrast screens on OLED displays?
Yes, for testing and normal utility sessions. Our true black screen (#000000) completely turns off OLED pixels to eliminate power draw. For white screens, normal testing durations pose zero burn-in risk.
Can I use generated wallpapers commercially?
Yes. Solid color and custom gradient wallpapers exported from our tool are 100% royalty-free for personal and commercial use without attribution.
